SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We are happy to offer all EU and UK orders a free standard delivery.
The standard delivery time for EU and UK orders is approximately 7-14 days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). 
The delivery time is approximate and cannot be guaranteed. 

At the moment we only deliver to EU, United Kingdom, United States and Canada.

If you order more than one item, the items might be shipped separately.


RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We offer a full refund for items returned within 14 days of arrival. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We do not accept products that are intimate goods, such as swimwear, bodysuits and jewellery.
Unfortunately we're unable to cover return postage costs unless your item is faulty. Customers are urged to hold onto proof of postage as we're also not responsible for returns lost in the post. If you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited the cost of shipping when we receive your return.

To complete your return, we kindly ask you to contact customercare@mismis.eu with your order number and the reason for your return for further information.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customercare@mismis.eu .

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


CUSTOM FEES AND IMPORT DUTIES

Customs fees depend on the laws of your country. MISMIS is not responsible for any custom fees or import duties. In the majority of cases you are not required to pay any customs fees. We mark all our orders shipped outside EU as low-value gifts. Moreover, we send larger orders in separate packages to avoid such charges.
However, if your parcel does incur customs taxes or duty it is entirely up to you (as the receiver) to cover these costs. Unfortunately, as these charges differ from country to country we are unable to directly advise you on what these might be. We recommend contacting your local customs office prior to ordering so you're not surprised by any unexpected delivery charges.
In the unlikely event that you wish to refuse your delivery, you may still be held responsible for the original customs fees or import duties and the cost of returning the package to Miss Behaved. We regret that we can only refund you the value of your order minus any fees we are charged upon return for your item.  If a delivery is refused by you then unfortunately we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage incurred by your order during transit back to us.
